Pain

We love resolving pain at Wellness Architecture. Whether it’s chronic or acute. Our patients generally come to us as a last resort. Frustrated with not getting answers or solutions through conventional means – once they start their wellness journey they often see pain resolve relatively quickly.

Types of pain we can reduce or resolve:

  • Nerve pain
  • Chronic headaches or migraines
  • Joint pain
  • Abdominal pain
  • Chronic muscle pain
  • Back pain

***We cannot fix bone on bone pain.

I have had many patients come in over the years who thought their pain was a lost cause. I have had patients who were told they needed joint replacements or other surgeries and been able to resolve their pain in just a few visits. We have been able to resolve 24/7 abdominal pain in just a few weeks.

One thing to be clear about is that pain is a signal that something is wrong. And once the thing that is “wrong” gets addressed, pain can start to resolve. It is important that through a holistic approach the underlying cause is fully addressed so that the pain does not return. The approach we use through our programs allows everything to be addressed at once, so that true healing can occur. We address all your symptoms, not just the most uncomfortable one. Our mission is to fully change the trajectory of your health. We do this through our wellness immersion programs. To find out if this is a good fit for you, schedule a discovery call today!

    Hemp Seeds Nourish Brain Health

Although hemp seed comes from the same species of plant as marijuana, it does not contain psychoactive chemicals and it stands on its own regarding health benefits. Hemp is considered “brain-friendly” because it’s rich in nutrients, especially omega-6 and omega-3 essential fatty acids – a group of fats the body doesn’t make on its own. A healthy ratio of these fatty acids (EFAs) is generally 2:1. Eating hemp seeds provides that balance, which is important for Westerners whose diets typically include more omega-6 fats. These EFAs, plus antioxidants found in hemp, help reduce inflammation, which plays a crucial role in overall health particularly for the heart and the brain.

Protecting Brain Health with Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)

The omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are classified as “essential” nutrients for the human because they cannot be made by the body. Hence the term, Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs). Since the body cannot make EFAs, we have to acquire what we need from food and nutritional supplements. While EFAs are important to overall health, in this article we highlight their importance to brain health. Fatty acids nourish and protect brain cells and help reduce inflammation. Scientists are actively investigating the role EFAs play in preventing and managing age-related cognitive decline.

What Do Intermittent Fasting and Cleansing Have In Common?

Only a few things in life are guaranteed. Death, taxes and becoming more and more toxic with each passing year. If you read our last e-blast, you know that intermittent fasting helps your body cleanse. But if that is not something you’re up for yet, a medical cleanse or detoxification is a great addition to your seasonal health regime.

We are constantly exposed to thousands of different toxins and the build up is guaranteed unless we actively do something about it. We ALL need to detoxify or cleanse on a regular basis.
