Fatigue

Are you tired? If the answer is yes, you’re not alone. I see patients for all kinds of things, but the most common complaint is most definitely fatigue. About 90% of the patients I see are tired, if not all day, every day, then every afternoon or evening. Unfortunately, the solution for most is caffeine, which over time will make you more tired. It often stops working the way you want leaving you with fruitless doctor visits.

Common reasons for fatigue:

  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Nutrient deficiencies
  • Blood sugar disorders
  • Food sensitivities
  • Toxicity
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Mold
  • Insomnia
  • Other Chronic Illness

Most people think they’re tired because they are getting older. If it were a part of aging then everyone would get tired as they got older and that is not the case.

Out of necessity I have become an expert at treating fatigue. Fatigue does not normally come alone. At Wellness Architecture, we address ALL your symptoms. Both physical and mental. Fatigue resolves when we address your global health. After assessing the reasons for all of your symptoms, we will curate a program to address everything that it is possible to fix. I hear this comment often, “I don’t ever remember having energy this good!” If you want to be the one saying this, then give us a call!

putting it all together can be a game changer.

years, some months, some days, but this one it’s just minutes. Without it you die. So for your

The number one way to take charge of your future health

If you’re human, and I know you are, we all veer from our ideal habits from time to time. And if you’re like most people, some of your habits are less than ideal most of the time. I always see a new year as a great time for a reset. A time to create a new lasting healthy habit that gradually pays you back with dividends. There is a kind of health care that when practiced, has an anchoring effect making it much more likely that your health will go exactly the way you intend. What is it?

How to know the best way to guarantee great health as you age

Cancer and heart disease often take years to develop. Tissue breakdown and joint degradation is the same. We all know beaches were formed over millions of years. A process of rocks slowly being chipped away to form sand. At one point there is a straw that breaks the camel’s back – and that is when we know it’s there. Disease, in the form of pain or dysfunction. And what do we do to solve the problem? We try to mask the symptoms or attack it, try to kill it or remove it.. Occasionally there may be a drug that is helping to support a healthier process, but most times they come with more side effects than the problems they solve. So, what is the best way to guarantee (at least as close to a guarantee as we can have) staying healthy as we age? And it’s not treating something once it’s taken hold. It’s not having arthroscopic surgery to replace an already deteriorated joint. Smart people solve problems. But geniuses
